India is often misrepresented. While some organisations with vested interests try to portray India as an unclean, backward nation, every once in a while someone comes along who reminds us of the glory and beauty that India is. One of them is former South African cricketer, Jonty Rhodes.
The legendary player, who made fielding into an art form, is currently working for the IPL team Mumbai Indians and often visits India with his family. Whenever he does, he never fails to take his family along on trips, exploring India’s monuments, culture, lifestyle and food. His love for our country can be guessed from the fact that he has even named his daughter, his firstborn child with wife Melanie, as India Rhodes.
