On Monday, a video surfaced on social media shared by one Twitter user which claimed that Yogi Adityanath’s “Hindu Yuva Vahini” group were beating up a couple.

The user then says that the ‘reign of terror’ will get worse if ‘they’ win 2019.

The tweet has almost 1500 retweets and 1000 likes at the time of this report. When someone asked her where the video was shot, she claims it was ‘somewhere in UP’ but she is not sure.

The tweet then got picked up by Bollywood starlets whose dying career got a new lease of life by being critical of the Modi government.

However, the video is not from UP and it is not “Yogi’s Hindu Yuva Vahini” beating up people. In fact, the video is from Madhya Pradesh’s Burhanpur from earlier this month.

The video, which has been viral on the Internet since some time now, is purportedly of a couple getting beaten up by the girl’s brother. It is believed that the incident took place after one party set the home of the other party on fire.
