The Dharma Sansad organized by VHP at Kumbh in Prayagraj began on Thursday. Over 5,000 seer and saints have gathered for the two-day event to deliberate upon methods to accelerate the construction of the Bhavya Ram Mandir. at Ayodhya.
RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat also addressed the event. Significantly, he voiced his support for the traditions of the Sabarimala Temple. He said, “The Temple has its own traditions but the Court did not take into account the sentiments of crores of Hindus which have been hurt.”
Mohan Bhagwat, RSS on #Sabarimala at VHP’s Dharma Sansad in Prayagraj: Uski apni parampara rehti hai, lekin desh bhar ke croron Hinduon ki bhawanao ka samman isse aahaat hoga, yeh vichar court ne kiya nahi. pic.twitter.com/AM0Sl0B6CP

He further stated, “The Court said that any woman who wishes to enter should be allowed to if anyone is stopped, then security should be provided to allow them to have Darshan. But no woman wants to enter, therefore, women have to be brought from Sri Lanka and smuggled in through the back door.”
M Bhagwat:Court ne kaha mahila agar parvesh chahti hai to karne dena chaiye, agar kisiko roka jata hai to usko suraksha dekar jahan se sab darshan karte hain vahan se le jana chaiye.Lekin koi jana nahi chah raha hai isliye SriLanka se lakar, peeche ke darwaze se ghusaya ja raha hai pic.twitter.com/RZZSrMpq1k

The RSS chief also criticized the Court’s judgment and asserted that Temples are not public places and it belongs to particular Sampradaya wits its own particular traditions which have to be respected. He also said the conflict was created in Kerala as a consequence of the Court’s judgment. He also asserted that the Kerala government was conspiring with antisocial elements to hurt the sentiments of the Hindu Samaj.
The raking up of the assault on the traditions of Sabarimala Temple in a Dharma Sansad for the construction of Ram Mandir is an extremely significant development for Hindu Samaj in the long run. For decades, Rama Janambhoomi provided Hindu society with a banner to rally under. And as recent developments in Kerala have amply demonstrated, the Sabarimala issue has roused the passions of Hindus in Kerala in a manner only the Gods can.
At a time when every possible attempt is being made to divide Hindus along the lines of caste, class, creed, region and language, the war on the Sabarimala Temple gaining traction at an event organized for Ram Mandir at one of the most important festivals for Hindus which help them transcend every barrier is an extremely positive development.
