Even as the country wonders whether Congress President Rahul Gandhi will take moral responsibility of the party’s poor performance in 2019 Lok Sabha elections, a few media outlets had reported that Rahul Gandhi may offer to step down from the party post.
Media outlets had reported that Rahul Gandhi may ‘offer’ to resign, but the ‘offer’ was most likely to be not accepted as the party still has faith in his exemplary leadership skills. In the meantime, Congress has clarified that no such ‘offer’ has been made by the party president.
Hopping mad with frustration, abusive troll Swati Chaturvedi took to Twitter to vent out her irritation, calling it a ‘comical farce’.
Agree. Now swift descent in to comical farce

She even went on to add how ‘offer to resign’ as an offer doesn’t quite make sense as people usually resign but don’t offer to do so as if they are obliging by making such an offer.
Am confused why an “offer to resign” why not just resign? You are the boss the offer will be declined. Farce

Congress-friendly journalist Pallavi Ghosh, senior editor with CNNNews18 soon came to her aide and explained how any news of such ‘offers’ are wrong news.
Wrong news . No such offer made . He has yet to speak at cwc

She even added how she is present at the Congress Working Committee meeting that is underway to take stock of the disastrous result.
Swati Chaturvedi then pointed Ghosh to her own news channel which had shared such news. To, that Ghosh clarified that her own channel is indulging in spreading the fake news.
Dear @_pallavighosh Do see what your channel reported. And, I was not alluding to the news. Was being sarcastic about the farcical drama https://t.co/EMDXwTulIF

Of course, Swati Chaturvedi explained how soon, nobody would care about either such news, facts or such clarifications.
Umm to many clarifications. I had already Rted @Suparna_Singh correct take. The way things are going soon no one will care
