“You voted for Narendra Modi and want me to get your works done! You want me to give you respect. Should I order to lathi-charge you? Leave the place,” said the angry Chief Minister Kumaraswamy. He also added that they don’t deserve any respect.
This incident came just a day after Kumaraswamy landed in a controversy following reports that the CM had spent over a crore of rupees for his single-day stay in a village. The opposition Bharatiya Janata Party has released a booklet claiming that that the Karnataka CM had spent Rs 1.22 crores during his single-day stay.
