As the Indian Armed Forces foil infiltration bids by the Pakistani sponsored Jihadi terrorists, the Indian “liberal-secular” media industry seems to be unhappy about Indian Army’s pre-emptive operations in Jammu and Kashmir.
A tweet by Faye D’souza, a TV ‘news’ show anchor claiming to be ‘journalist’, clearly exposes how secular media will demonise and slander Indian Armed Forces and stand behind the pro-Pakistan Kashmiris, whose only aim is to bleed Indians.
In her tweet, Faye D’souza, who has a complicated relationship with the facts has resorted to fear-mongering by insinuating that there was something terrible happening in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. “Thoughts, prayers and love to the people of Kashmir. You are not alone,” said D’souza, attempting to set a narrative to depict Indian Armed Forces as an aggressor in the state.

Essentially, such tweets serve the purpose of furthering the Pakistan narrative of projecting the Indian State and the Indian Army as the aggressors in Kashmir. The propaganda that the “crackdown” in Kashmir is against average Kashmiris and not limited to Pakistan sponsored terrorists, stone pelters and infiltrators from the rogue nation is one that is aided by such tweets.
It is not just limited to Faye D’souza alone. Suhasini Haider, a ‘journalist’ at the controversial left-wing newspaper The Hindu, also indulged in misleading people and creating panic in the state of Jammu and Kashmir when she claimed that the Government of India said it cannot protect the Amarnath yatra. Haider twisted the facts pertaining to the recent advisory given by the centre asking Amarnath yatra tourists to move out of Jammu and Kashmir following a security situation in Jammu and Kashmir.

As security forces have been successful in neutralising security threats emanating from Pakistan and within the Kashmir, Suhasini Haider seems to be upset. The frustration within a certain section of journalists is understandable as access to sensitive information has been impossible in the present security apparatus of the state, thanks to Narendra Modi government.
Shockingly, neither of these ‘journalists’ have even posted a single tweet supporting the Indian Armed Forces for carrying out operations in Jammu and Kashmir to neutralise Pakistan sponsored Islamic terrorists.
It is also rather disquieting to know why their heart only bleeds when victims belong to the Muslim community. Interestingly, these ‘journalists’ do not share any sympathy for the Kashmiri Pandits, who have been raped, butchered and subjected to genocide by the same Kashmiris whom they are supporting now.
