There are numerous posts on social media that apparently provide visual evidence of the Indian Army’s statement. For obvious reasons, we cannot confirm or deny the authenticity of the claims made in these posts.

Tensions have been high between the two countries ever since the abrogation of Article 370. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has made it clear at frequent intervals that India will not tolerate any mischief from Pakistanis, often threatening them with war if they don’t mend their ways. Pakistan, meanwhile, after a remarkable lack of support in the international arena, appears to be resorting to its policy of sending terrorists across the border. The Indian Army, too, is retaliating effectively.
