MP: Youth Congress leader Kuldeep Verma stabs girlfriend seven times with knife after accusing her of ‘betrayal’

In a shocking incident in Madhya Pradesh’s Neemuch, a Youth Congress leader Kuldeep Verma stabbed his 19-year-old girlfriend Tasleem seven times with a knife. The Youth Congress leader, who also works as a teacher in a private school brutally attacked his girlfriend after accusing her of cheating him. The accused fled the spot after leaving the victim severely wounded.

The incident unfolded near Gandhi Vatika in the Neemuch Cantt police station area. A video of the incident has surfaced on social media. In the video, the victim woman is seen lying in a pool of blood while the 23-year-old Youth Congress leader Kuldeep Verma accuses her of cheating. “She cheated me.” These girls simply want money. How many boyfriends have you? “Ayan, Ryan, Azad, Harshit.”

The police officials arrived at the scene shortly after receiving the information and rushed the injured woman to the district hospital. Subsequently, the victim’s relatives transferred her from the district hospital to a private hospital, where her condition is said to be stable. The accused is a resident of Kesarpura while the victim resides in Bohra Bazaar area. Notably, Kuldeep Verma was earlier the college president of NSUI in Gyanodaya Mahavidyalaya and was recently included in the district executive of youth Congress.

The eyewitnesses said that the couple were having an argument outside a park when the Youth Congress leader took out a knife and began stabbing the woman. The victim’s screams startled onlookers, who gathered around the scene. However, nobody attempted to rescue the girl or stop the perpetrator, instead, they were taking videos and pictures.

Meanwhile, the police have taken Kuldeep Verma into custody and he is being interrogated.
