Desperate times: Pakistan Minister joins protests by radical Islamists and Khalistanis at ‘Howdy, Modi!’ event

With the presence of Pakistani minister at the protest site in Houston, it clearly exposed the designs of Pakistan to create chaos at a global event.

As the entire world witnessed the euphoric ‘Howdy, Modi!’ event at the NRG Stadium in Houston on Sunday, a desperate and isolated Pakistan attempted to create chaos as their proxies – radical Islamists and pro-Khalistani terrorists thronged to the venue.

Incidentally, the terror state of Pakistan had put its dirty hand to ransack an event which showcased the global stature of India and Prime Minister Modi. Among the protestors were Pakistan’s federal minister for Kashmir affairs, Ali Amin Gandapur. The presence of a Pakistani minister is not unsurprising as the terror state had attempted to disrupt the rally by inciting the Radical Islamists and other pro-Pakistan Khalistani groups.

On Sunday, during the Pakistan sponsored demonstrations against the Howdy Modi event, chants of “Azadi”, which is also often shouted by the Indian liberals and ultra-left radical elements, and slogans of “India get out of Kashmir” were shouted along with the display of posters comparing Modi to Hitler and claiming genocide in Kashmir.

However, the Pakistani sponsored demonstrations were overshadowed by the Indian American crowd that was present inside and outside the stadium to witness the historic event. Reportedly, the protests were deemed to be a failure despite a strong Muslim presence in and around Houston.

Earlier, we had reported regarding the details of the manufactured protests by radical Islamists supported by terror state of Pakistan and pro-Khalistanis to target the ‘Howdy, Modi!’ event on Sunday. There were even organisations liked to terror group Hamas. The reports had also revealed the bus routes for the protesters to get to this protest rally was to begin from 16 mosques in Houston and 1 Gurudwara that has Khalistani links.

Few of these mosques known to be promoting radical Islam, joining hands with banned Sikhs for Justice (SFJ, which is working towards 2020 Punjab referendum, had come together to disrupt the much-awaited ‘Howdy, Modi!’ event.

With the presence of Pakistani minister at the protest site in Houston, it clearly exposed the designs of Pakistan to create chaos at a global event. It is no surprise that terror group linked organisations, Islamists, Pakistanis and Khalistanis protested against Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi as he has been ruthlessly fighting the menace of Islamic terror and its sponsors like Pakistan.
