Londonistan: Where a ‘Hero’ who fought terrorists was put on ‘terror watch’ and convicted terrorists walk free

The manner in which Roy Larner and Usman Khan were treated by the authorities in London reveal perfectly why the capital city of the United Kingdom has acquired the reputation of being 'Londonistan' in recent times

London witnessed another knife attack inspired by Radical Islamic Terrorism as two people were murdered by a Muslim of Pakistani origin. The 28-year-old Usman Khan had earlier been convicted on charges of terrorism but was later released from jail. He was believed to have been ‘reformed’.

One of the conditions for his release from jail was that he would keep himself away from London. However, the probation officers gave him an exemption to visit the capital to attend an ex-prisoner’s conference organized by Cambridge University. Usman Khan was ultimately tackled to the ground by bystanders before being shot by the Police.

Usman Khan’s case is symptomatic of the disease that has taken over the West. If proper procedures had been followed, he would have never been able to perpetuate the terror attack in London. He should have been rotting in jail. Worse, the bystanders who thwarted Khan’s attack might well be put on a terror-watch list themselves. It has happened in the past.

Roy Larner, a Hero by all accounts, had fought off Jihadists armed with long knives in 2017 with his bare fists, allowing dozens of his fellow citizens to escape. He sustained severe stab wounds that forced him to remain in the hospital for 12 days and required 80 stitches to heal. For his heroic efforts, he was put on a government ‘terror watchlist’ after being contacted by ‘far right anti-Islam’ personalities.

The British authorities forced him to attend “de-radicalization” classes “over fears he may become extremist” against Islam after being stabbed eight times by Islamic terrorists. Larner was also being monitored by the Police under the “Prevent” program of Britain. Authorities told the Daily Mail, ‘Prevent safeguards people who may be vulnerable to being drawn into terrorism. It is entirely up to an individual whether they accept the support offered through Prevent. The support people receive through Prevent is rightly confidential and it would not be appropriate to comment on whether or not an individual has been offered support.’

The manner in which Roy Larner and Usman Khan were treated by the authorities in London reveal perfectly why the capital city of the United Kingdom has acquired the reputation of being ‘Londonistan’ in recent times. The London Police, too, has been more concerned about Islamophobia than dealing with the incomparably greater threat of Radical Islam.

The United Kingdom has been extremely soft towards the threat of Radical Islam. Authorities have actively covered up the menace of Muslim Grooming Gangs. And this has led to a situation where terror attacks and crimes that could otherwise very well have been prevented continue to claim the lives of the innocent.
