MP: Hindu girl and Muslim boy caught while eloping away to Sagar; pregnant girl says boy’s mother promised his conversion to Hinduism after marriage

0

On Thursday, November 17, reports surfaced that the Government Railway Police (GRP) in Madhya Pradesh’s Vidisha district apprehended a 15-year-old Hindu girl and a 17-year-old Muslim youth, both residents of Bhopal. The duo were trying to flee to Sagar to get married.

They, however, got down at the Vidisha railway station realising that they boarded the wrong train. The railway police, patrolling at the station, found the behaviour of the couple suspicious and based on that they detained the duo. On questioning, the police learnt that the minor girl was two months pregnant and that they were trying to elope to Sagar to the boy’s relative’s house where they planned to get married.

After apprehending the duo, the GRP ASI Manohar Singh Chauhan, head constable Shivraj Yadav, and several jawans called the girl’s mother. According to the mother, her daughter fled with the boy without the permission of her family members. At the same time, the boy’s family was well aware of the situation. During questioning, the boy revealed that he and the girl were travelling to Sagar to a relative’s house. His female relative was well aware of this as well. She had actually advised that he bring the girl to Sagar.

The Railway Police sent the youth to the Bhopal Juvenile Justice Board while the girl was sent to Bopal’s Child Welfare Committee.

Minor Hindu girl says Muslim boy and his family pressurised her to marry him

During a counselling session by Child Line, the minor Hindu girl revealed that the boy and his mother were forcing her to marry him. His mother told her, that she will get her son converted to Hinduism after marriage.

The girl also admitted to having known the boy for almost a year. The boy was a drug addict and involved in a myriad of illicit activities. The girl said that his mother emotionally blackmailed her by claiming that her son’s behaviour had improved since he met her. She pushed her to keep talking to her son. She also persuaded her to marry her son, claiming she would make sure he converted to Hinduism after marriage. “I felt forced to speak to him because of his mother’s insistence,” said the Hindu girl.

The girl then stated that the boy’s family relatives reside in the Sagar district. So they decided to get run away and get married in Sagar. According to the girl, they boarded the train and arrived in Itarsi. They caught another train to Sagar from there. They realised they had boarded the wrong train once they were on board. When the train arrived at Vidisha, the couple disembarked. The GRP stopped them and began questioning them when they were enquiring about the next available train to Sagar, stated the girl.

Deepa Sharma, a Vidisha Child Line counsellor, stated that the GRP police had informed them. During the counselling, it was learnt that the duo had been having an affair for a year. Both live in the same neighbourhood in Bhopal. The boy drives an auto and has previously been arrested for theft. He is also a drug addict.

The girl is the fourth in a family of four sisters and one brother. After her eldest sister’s marriage, her parents got divorced, and the brother moved in with the father while the three girls stayed back with the mother. The girl’s father runs a tea stall while the mother works in a hospital.

Deepa Sharma, the ChildLine counsellor, further stated that the girl’s mother was usually on the night shift. Taking advantage of the situation, the boy began to visit the girl’s home. The girl’s sisters also lived there, but they said nothing to the mother nor did they object. When the mother found out about their affair, she had the girl examined. It was then that the family discovered she was two months pregnant with the boy’s child.

Uttar Pradesh: Mohd Sufiyan arrested after an encounter, had pushed 19-year-old girlfriend to death in Lucknow

0

On Friday, three days after a 19-year-old girl Nidhi Gupta was reportedly pushed to death from the fourth floor of an apartment by her boyfriend Mohammad Sufiyan, the accused has been arrested. Sufiyan was absconding after the reported incident.

Nidhi had succumbed to injuries after falling from the fourth floor of the apartment where Sufiyan lives with his family. The incident happened in the Basant Kunj, Dubagga police station area in Lucknow earlier this week.

Police had placed a cash reward of Rs 25,000 in the accused Sufiyan’s name for his arrest.

On an informer’s tip-off police team reached the location where Sufiyan was staying. 16 police vehicles were carrying out a search operation to nab the accused, commissioner of West Zone CN Sinha informed TOI.

“Sufiyan was arrested on Friday in a police encounter in Lucknow’s Dubagga area,” Joint Commissioner of Police (JCP) Piyush Mordia told PTI.

Dubagga Station House Officer (SHO) Sukhvir Singh Bhadauriya said, “Sufiyan was apprehended around 1 pm in an encounter. He was hit by a bullet in the right foot. He has been admitted to King George’s Medical University (KGMU).”

An FIR has been filed against the man under Section 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code, as well as relevant sections of the Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Religious Conversion Act (commonly called the love jihad law).

According to the reports, the girl was taking training to become a beautician and she was in a relationship with the accused Mohammed Sufiyan. On Tuesday, Nidhi and her family members had gone to Sifiyan’s house to confront him over his pressure on Nidhi to convert to Islam and marry him.

During the heated argument that ensued, Nidhi went to the rooftop and Sufiyan followed. Soon, Nidhi was pushed off to the ground. Nidhi’s family has alleged that Sufiyan pushed her to death because she had refused to convert and have a Nikah with him.

In the FIR lodged by the girl’s family, her mother has reportedly accused Sufiyan, who lives in the same locality, of harassing and forcing Nidhi to marry him under Islamic rituals.

As per the Zee News report, Accused Sufiyan claimed to a have ‘video’ of Nidhi and was forcing her to marry him. Sufiyan was hellbent on converting Nidhi to Islam and doing Nikah (Muslim contract marriage) with her.

On Tuesday night, the girl along with her mother, elder sister, and uncle went to confront the youth and complain to his family. While the two families were talking to each other, an altercation between Sufiyan and the girl started and he pushed her from the fourth floor, the mother told police.

8 ways in which Rahul Gandhi’s comments on Veer Savarkar have done BJP and Hindus, in general, a huge favour

It is a widely held belief among most observers that clown Prince Rahul Gandhi is a gift that keeps on giving. His ridiculous gaffes, quickly licked clean by the army of corrupt media servants and fake intellectuals borrowed from the leftist ummah, are legion. They may be scrubbed clean from the “fearlessly independent” media that operates out of his servant quarters, but still reach us thanks to social room and leave us smiling and shaking our heads.

But then when he talks serious stuff, he really starts gifting votes to BJP like a billionaire philanthropist. To give but one example from his “yatra”, his walking together with a man who butchered a calf in the middle of the street. An act termed barbaric by his own party obviously doesn’t mean Rahul disassociates with the barbarian. Why? He is now a full-time soldier in the Stalinist left’s pogrom on Hinduism.

His recent comment on Savarkar has done BJP and Hindus in general, a huge favour.

  1. It keeps Savarkar in the news. Many youngsters even now simply don’t know him, thanks to CONLEFT’s control over what passes for history in India. And today’s young seek multiple sources – not necessarily narratives curated by the Politburo mass murderers and presented via their “eminent historian” coolies.
  2. Veer Savarkar was way ahead of his time, and his message will resonate with today’s young Hindus. He was beyond caste and advocated some things considered radical even today. As Prof Abhishek Banerji points out, that is exactly why the left fears him. Their divide-and-conquer strategy fails when Savarkar is better understood.
  3. You often come across media servants of the dynasty in the media, asking us why we are talking about Nehru and his failures in 2022. Well coolies, now your paymaster has legitimised it. As long as Rahul Gandhi talks about Veer Savarkar, there is as much, if not more logic in questioning Nehru and his disastrous policies we are still paying a price for. After all, Nehru and his family ran this country for decades, not Savarkar or his children.
  4. Rahul has also made it clear that he simply regurgitates nonsense fed to him by peddlers of Stalinist fringe leftist ideologies that have infiltrated his inner circle. He has zero understanding of facts. For example, his talks about signing off letters as “your most obedient servant”. That is the direct attack on Mahatma Gandhi as many have pointed out! I think it is a matter of time before someone fishes out a letter signed by his own family that is equally “obedient”.
  5. A lot of history has been blacked out from our books and memory by Stalinist leftists and fake historians who had an unwritten “you loot and plunder, live comfy lives, we sing your praise and bury facts. Just let us help ourselves to state funds and pursue our pogrom on Hinduism” agreement with the fascist dynasty.
  6. A good example is the apology letter written by Jawaharlal Nehru’s father Motilal to get his beloved son out of prison after barely a few days in a comfy room, not Andaman. Like all other unpleasant truths, this was buried. Historian Vikram Sampath brought it out. Now Rahul has given a million reasons for everyone in the right, to keep raking it up. That and the supposedly ‘platonic’ friendships that JLN formed with some of our colonisers.
  7. In a way, this is sad, because we should be looking at the good things done by historical personalities, even Nehru and leave their odd failings aside. Stalinist rapist butcher left propaganda ecosystem has never anyway obeyed this basic rule of decency. By throwing stones from a glass house, Rahul has made things worse.
  8. It also defies logic that colonial Britain punished its “obedient servant” to a harsh prison term in the Andamans, something it never did for Nehru who was supposedly opposing them! Again, this is something @Befittingfacts has rightly pointed out in SM and will surely become viral. Such comments will have absolutely no reason to be around if Rahul had not opened his mouth.

Thanks Rahul Gandhi!

Chhattisgarh: NSUI State General Secretary Ruhab Meman arrested for raping a college student after taking her to a secluded area

Ruhab Meman, the Chhattisgarh State General Secretary of the National Students Union of India (NSUI), the student arm of Congress, has been arrested for raping a girl student. In this case, the victim filed a complaint with Kanker’s Kotwali police station on Wednesday. Following this, the authorities apprehended the accused.

As reported by the Organiser, the victim informed the cops that Ruhab assisted her with college admission and that they used to communicate frequently over calls. Recently, Ruhab Meman brought the girl in his car to Singar Bhat forest under the pretext of strolling around and drove the car to a secluded place. He stopped over and raped the woman. He warned her not to tell anybody about the assault, but the girl stood up for herself and went to the police station.

According to Shalabh Sinha, SP Kanker, a complaint was lodged at the police station, and the culprit was arrested soon after an FIR was filed following the complaint. The accused was then brought before the court and put on judicial remand.

“An offence under Section 376, 506 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) was registered against the accused, which mounts for criminal charges of rape, criminal intimidation and voluntary causing hurt. The accused after committing the heinous assault on the victim also physically assaulted her and threatened her of facing dire consequences if she reported it to anyone,” Kanker Kotwali Station House Officer (SHO) Sharad Dubey told reporters.

The Bharatiya Janata Party has targeted the Congress party, saying that such crimes are committed in Chhattisgarh where the Congress party is in power. Notably, NSUI is the student wing of the Congress party.

BJP IT cell head Amit Malviya wrote, “In Chhattisgarh’s Kanker, state general secretary of NSUI (Congress Students Organisation) Ruhab Memon was arrested for raping a college student. Ruhab has been made co-in-charge for the by-election. The girl is Hindu, belongs to tribal society. Will Rahul and Priyanka go to Chhattisgarh for this?”

Ruhab Meman is a congress leader and has been quite active on social media. Ruhab also posted several posts claiming to be in support of women’s empowerment. He was appointed as the state general secretary of NSUI in 2018.

The post by Ruhab Meman.

NSUI state president Neeraj Pandey has responded to the severe allegations brought against the NSUI leader. He stated that he was expelled from the party as soon as the issue became public.

Hyderabad: TRS workers attack and vandalise BJP MP Arvind Dharmapuri’s house, KCR’s daughter threatens to hit him with slippers

On November 18, Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) alias Bharat Rashtra Samiti workers protested outside and vandalised the home of Bharatiya Janata Party (MP), Arvind Dharmapuri, in Hyderabad. The attack occurred following Dharmapuri’s alleged remarks that the TRS MP and the daughter of TRS leader KCR Kalvakuntla Kavitha were unhappy with his father and wanted to join the Congress Party. He further alleged Kavitha had called Congress Party president Malikarjun Kharge for the same.

Reacting to his remarks, Kavitha issued a statement and clarified that she was not interested in joining another party. She urged everyone to check with Kharge if she had talked to him recently. She also came down heavily on Arvind, suggesting BJP was doing politics of “low standards”. She threatened Arvind to stop speaking about her and her family; otherwise, he would get beaten up with chappals (slippers) at Nizamabad’s chowrasta (crossroad).

She said, “Arvind is like muck (khichad), he is a chichora, his name is also not worth mentioning, but unfortunately, BJP only has leaders with low political standards, those who have been stopping to new lows every single day. I always refrain from making personal comments, which is why I’m warning you: if you continue to speak rubbish about my family or me, you will be hit by chappals(slippers) at Nizamabad’s chowrastha,” she added.

‘They terrorised my mother’

Arvind shared photographs of the damage caused by TRS workers. He said, “TRS goons attacked my residence and vandalised the house. They terrorised my mother and created a ruckus.”

BJP Telangana President Bandi Sanjay Kumar said, “Strongly condemn the attack by TRS goons on Nizamabad MP Shri Dharmapuri Arvind garu’s residence. Spoke to him over the phone, more power to BJP MP. TRS lacks guts to face us democratically and so is engaging in physical attacks and bullying. Don’t assume BJP’s patience as our incompetence.”

He added, “BJP is not scared of attacks by TRS rowdies. Each BJP Telangana karyakarta will rise against the atrocities of the TRS regime and will not tolerate it if TRS goons cross the limits. Day is not far off when people will throw sticks & stones at TRS.”

‘She’ and ‘her’ replace ‘he’ and ‘him’ in the draft Digital Personal Data Protection Bill brought by the Ministry of Electronics and IT

The Union government has brought the much-awaited draft of the Digital Personal Data Protection Bill. Minister of Information and Technology Ashwini Vaishnaw today shared the draft on social media and sought the views of citizens.

The Bill does not seek to regulate non-personal data and the Union government is expecting to present it in the Parliament in the next budget session.

The bill requires any entities processing the personal data of users to give an itemised notice in simple and plain language to all users about the types of personal data collected. It also mandates that the users should have the right to withdraw consent for data usage from the processing entity, like a social media platform, from using their personal data.

Behavioural monitoring and targeted advertising to children have been prohibited too. Data fiduciaries (processing entities, like social media platforms or any digital platform) have to first obtain parental consent before using the children’s data.

In an important and landmark move, the government has, for the first time, used the pronouns ‘she’ and ‘her’ instead of the default ‘he’ and ‘him’ in this draft.

Speaking to the media about the welcome change, Union Minister for Electronics and Information Technology Ashwini Vaishnaw said, “In the philosophy of women empowerment that PM Modi’s government works, we have attempted to use the words ‘she and ‘her’ instead of ‘he’ and ‘him’ in the entire bill.”

Mission Prarambh: India’s first-ever private rocket Vikram-S launched by ISRO

0

On Friday morning Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) scripted history as it launched Vikram-S (VKS), India’s first-ever privately developed rocket from the Sriharikota space station under the Mission Prarambh.

The launch of Vikram-S, named after the father of India’s space program, Vikram Sarabhai, by four-year-old Hyderabad-based startup Skyroot Aerospace, is the first launch since the space segment was opened to private entities in 2020.

The first Vikram-S rocket took off at 11.30 a.m. from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre at Sriharikota.

Announcing the success of Mission Prarambh, ISRO tweeted, “Mission Prarambh is successfully accomplished. Congratulations @SkyrootA, Congratulations India! @INSPACeIND.”

The 6-meter-tall rocket, which took off from Satish Dhawan Space Centre, reached a maximum altitude of 89.5 kilometers before beginning its descent. It is one of the world’s first all-composite rockets with 3-D printed solid thrusters for launch vehicle spin stability.

Union Minister of Science and Technology, Dr Jitendra Singh, who was present at the liftoff stated, “It is a new beginning, a new dawn, and a new prarambh in India’s space program’s journey. It is a significant step forward for India in developing its own rockets, as well as a watershed moment in India’s startup movement. Well done, Skyroot.”

Taking to Twitter Dr Singh wrote, “Congratulations India! A historic landmark under PM @narendramodi! A turning point for Indian #StartUps! A new beginning for #ISRO! The first-ever private Rocket “Vikram-S” is in Space.”

The ‘Prarambh’ (the beginning) Mission is carrying three payloads for two domestic customers and one foreign client. IN-SPACe, India’s space regulator, approved the launch of Skyroot’s Vikram-S suborbital vehicle on Wednesday.

The rocket launch is expected to demonstrate the flight testing of avionics systems in the Vikram series such as telemetry, tracking, inertial measurement, GPS, an onboard camera, data acquisition, and power systems.

With the historic launch of Vikram S, the private sector makes a grand entry into the Indian space program, following in the footsteps of the United States, Europe, and China.

Notably, Skyroot developed the rocket, and ISRO provided expertise and testing facilities for the systems and technological advancements.

Mehmood Khan posed as Raunak Chaurasiya to trap a Hindu girl, forcibly converted her to Islam and performed Nikah, arrested: Details

Yet another shocking case of love jihad and forced religious conversion has been reported in Uttar Pradesh’s Baharaich. Mehmood Khan, posing as Raunak Chaurasia, lured a Hindu girl. Following that, he sexually abused the girl for two years, recorded her private video, and blackmailed her.

The accused is a resident of Risiya Gudni Basai in Baharaich. Upon knowing the real identity of Mehmood Khan, the victim confronted the accused. Mehmood Khan threatened to make the victim’s private video viral and forcefully converted the Hindu girl to Islam and had Nikah rituals performed.

Mehmood used to assault the victim repeatedly. Eventually, the victim reached Alambagh Police Station and lodged a complaint against the accused.

Acting upon the victim’s complaint, Alambagh police arrested Mehmood Khan. Police informed that Mehmood Khan lived in Manaknagar for the past 7 years and was doing a private job.

In her statement, the victim stated that Mehmood Khan entrapped her in his ‘love’ by pretending to be a Hindu, with a fake name Raunak Chaurasia and established sexual relations with her. The victim further said that Mehmood chopped her hair, assaulted her, and threw her out of the house. He also threatened to kill the victim if she dares to file a police complaint.

As per a TimesNow Navbharat report, the accused was already married and has two children from his first wife. Mehmood Khan created two fake Facebook profiles. On one profile he posted the victim’s picture and abused her.

Shivshankar Mahadevan, the inspector in charge of Alambagh, stated that “the victim girl had a dispute with Mehmood many times before.” A panchayat meeting was also held to resolve the matter. They had both married and had been living together for two years. A case has been registered under relevant sections based on the girl’s complaint. The accused has been arrested and is being questioned.

Uttar Pradesh: Court issues non-bailable warrant against Samajwadi Party MLA Irfan Solanki for arson and rioting

0

A local court has issued a non-bailable warrant (NBW) against Samajwadi Party MLA Irfan Solanki and his younger brother Rizwan, who are wanted on suspicion of setting fire to a woman’s home in order to take possession of the property.

Anand Prakash Tiwari, Joint Commissioner of Police (Law and Order), stated that the NBW was granted by a special MP-MLA court on Wednesday following the filing of a complaint against them at Jajmau police station.

Since the duo has been missing for ten days, the search is on to find them. The MLA and his brother’s alleged hiding spots are being raided by a number of police teams. According to intelligence reports, they may have sought refuge in neighbouring districts or the state capital.

Irfan Solanki with Akhilesh Yadav.

A woman named Nazir Fatima said that on November 7 the MLA and his brother set fire to her home in an effort to take her land. She said that due to a wedding, the family was away. The aforementioned property is next to the MLA’s residence.

Nazir stated she owned a 535-square-yard property in the affluent Defence Colony where she had been living since 1986, but the MLA and his family were attempting to seize it in whatever way they could. To preserve the property, the entire family was residing in a thatched hut there. They had already grabbed about 200 square yards of her land, she claimed.

The police investigated her allegation and charged Irfan Solanki and Rizwan with arson, intimidation, and assault on November 7. Police commissioner BP Jogdand had ordered a forensic assessment of the scene because the MLA alleged he was being framed and the fire was caused by crackers.

Praveen Srivastava, in command of the forensic team, delivered his findings to the Jajmau police, with whom the case was lodged, on Thursday. According to a report by HT, an inflammable chemical was used to set fire to the property, which refutes the firecracker explanation.

On Thursday, the police acquired a non-bailable warrant from the court based on the forensics findings. If the MLA and his brother do not surrender, police authorities said the process of attaching their properties would begin soon. Abhishek Shukla, Station House Officer of Jajmau Police Station, was suspended for failing to take action against the SP MLA and refusing to listen to the woman’s allegation.

SP MLA Irfan Solanki and his brother have been charged with IPC Sections 147 (rioting), 327 (voluntarily causing harm to extort property), 427 (mischief causing damage), 386 (extortion by putting a person in fear of death or grievous harm), 436 (mischief by fire or explosive substance with intent to destroy house), 504 (intentional insult), 506 (criminal intimidation), and 120B. (criminal conspiracy). Irfan is an MLA from Sisamau in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

West Bengal: 9-year-old girl dies after crude bomb kept in house explodes, uncle and alleged TMC worker Abdul Hossain arrested

0

On Thursday, November 17, a 9-year-old girl died in a crude bomb explosion in West Bengal’s North 24 Parganas district. The blast reportedly occurred in her maternal uncle’s house in Bakchora village in the Minakhan area on Wednesday evening, a police officer privy to the case told the media. The uncle, Abdul Hossain, who the locals allege is a Trinamool Congress cadre, has been arrested.

Minakhan Sub-division Police Officer (SDPO) Aminul Islam said that the deceased has been identified as Sohana Khatun alias Jhuma, a class 3 student who hails from the Basanti area of South 24 Parganas district. Her friends Rahima Parveen and Anisha Khatoon, who were playing with her, were injured in the blast.

According to the police, the crude bomb was kept on the loft beside a carrom board in Jhuma’s maternal uncle Abdul Hossain’s house, which the 9-year-old deceased came to visit two days before the incident. When the girl noticed a ball-like object on the loft, out of curiosity, she attempted to bring it down, but the crude bomb fell on the ground and exploded.

“The girl thought that coconuts were kept in the loft of the house. She went to pick it up but it fell on the ground and exploded.” a police officer said.

She was rushed to Minakhan Rural Hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries, the officer said.

After the incident, all the occupants fled the residence, said the police, adding that Hossain was arrested from a nearby area on Thursday morning. The police said that they also recovered 7 crude bombs from Hossain’s house. The police booked Hossain under the relevant sections of the IPC and Explosive Substance Act. He will be produced before a court in Basirhat, where police will seek his custody. Later police arrested Abdul Hossain’s brother Abul Sattar.

Abdul Hossain works as a construction worker and also runs a grocery store, said the police. The locals confirmed that Hossain, who has a past criminal record, is also associated with the ruling Trinamool Congress party, a claim that the party has denied.

“The party has no relation with Abu Hussain Gayen. Let the police find out the truth,” said TMC regional president Azizul Ghazi.
