Delhi’s Rouse Avenue court sent Arvind Kejriwal to 14 days of judicial custody in after his arrest by CBI in connection with the corruption charges in the Delhi Liquor Policy scam case
"He already stayed that (trial court) order, we have never heard or seen this. Even the Supreme Court asked how can this happen. I believe that court was already prejudiced," Bhardwaj said on stay of Arvind Kejriwal bail plea.

Setting aside the bail granted to Arvind Kejriwal by trial court, Justice Jain said, “The observation by the trial court that voluminous material cannot be considered is unjustified and shows that the trial court has not applied its mind to the material.”
