“The two blasts were caused by low-grade explosives without detonators. One person was injured in the blast and a car windshield was shattered due to the impact,” DGP Gaurav Yadav confirmed.
"Around 280 passengers were to travel to Singapore but 253 passengers were rescheduled, leaving behind over 30 passengers behind," the Amritsar airport Director told ANI.
