Sanjay Singh claimed that Arvind Kejriwal had lost 8.5 kg of weight and had his blood sugar level drop below 50 mg/dL five times after his detention. He also said that the jail authorities committed a crime by revealing an inmate's medical report and challenged their assertion.
The AAP supremo was granted bail in the case filed by the ED. However, he is in custody in connection to the case filed by the CBI. As such, Arvind Kejriwal will continue to remain in jail.
CBI said that investigation into the roles of all other accused has been completed and only the role of Arvind Kejriwal is being investigated in relation to the excise policy case
"The post of DCW chairperson is still vacant and it has been 6 months now. Two other positions are vacant as well. Delhi Government has shut down the 181 Helpline. It is shameful that the 181 Helpline of the state which is considered the rape capital of the world has been shut down", she said.

Kejriwal was apprehended by the CBI at Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court and, within an hour, withdrew a Supreme Court petition challenging the stay on his bail grant after his March arrest by the ED in the same case.
