The Supreme Court on Friday lifted the Punjab and Haryana High Court's stay on hearings against Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh in three separate sacrilege cases

The total parole he got in the last 4 years is of 234 days now.

The Sirsa-Dera chief who is serving a 20-year jail term for rape and murder, is out on a 40 day parole. He walked from the Sunaria Jail in Haryana's Rohtak district on Saturday and arrived at his Barnawa Ashram in Uttar Pradesh's Baghpat.

Gurmeet Ram Rahim singh said that his imprisonment is a "spiritual experience" and that he is writing a book about it.

Notably, a person's blood group never changes medically during the course of their life, with the exception of truly uncommon circumstances such as when they might have a bone marrow transplant or develop a rare form of cancer.

The petitioners have alleged that the original Baba Ram Rahim has been kidnapped and taken to Udaipur, and replaced by this dummy to take control of the huge immovable property.
