CAA protests

Hindus trying to legally reclaim Kashi Vishwanath Temple, the rightful abode of Lord Vishweshwara (Shiva) which was destroyed by Mughal tyrant Aurangzeb in the 17th century, is causing fear among Muslims of Varanasi, the CNN report claims.

Protests have been staged in different states nationwide after the Central government notified the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA).

According to the Union Minister, the act will be implemented within a week not just in West Bengal but across the country.
