The Bombay HC on Friday observed that not just victim's families but the teen accused in the Pune Porsche case was also traumatised.

Pune police included the accused's father, grandfather, and three others in the abetment of suicide FIR filed by a local businessman at the Chandannagar Police Station. They also added sections 420 and 34 of the IPC, and further investigation is ongoing."

Grandfather and father of the minor allegedly threatened Gangadhar, snatched his phone, and forcibly kept him confined in their bungalow in an attempt to force him to take responsibility for the crime instead of his minor grandson.

After killing 2 persons by rash driving last year, a 15-year-old teenager again injured 4 others this year, finally detained and his father booked.

Earlier in the day, Maharashtra Transport Commissioner Vivek Bhimanwar said that the accused teen will be barred from getting a driving license till he turns 25 years of age.

The teenager's car speeding luxury car reportedly crashed into multiple vehicles before hitting a pavement. Locals rushed to the spot and assisted the injured persons.
