The official from Chhattisgarh stated that one of the personnel passed away immediately and the other succumbed to injuries while being rushed to a nearby hospital.

"Harivansh Rai Bachchan Ji had written 'Mandir Masjid Jhagda Karate, Lekin Ek Karati Madhushala'. But there should be control (in the consumption of liquor). You should have control on your own", the Minister was heard saying at the event.

Chhattisgarh Police registered an FIR against a person named Ishtiaq Alam for giving Triple Talaq to his wife over the mobile phone.
