Notably, the 60-year-old accused has been arrested after a case was registered against him under POCSO and other relevant BNS sections.

The matter pertains to the Sarojini Nagar Police Station area wherein a 5th-class student was forcibly made to sit in a car by Mohammad Danish and his accomplice when she was returning from school.
