A security report released on Wednesday by cyber security agency of India said that there are threats of cyber-attacks from India.

The police have also said that these offenses are linked to inciting hatred in connection with the ongoing Lok Sabha elections through various social media platforms.

"OFAC is also designating Zhao Guangzong and Ni Gaobin, two Chinese nationals affiliated with Wuhan XRZ, for their roles in malicious cyber operations targeting U.S. entities that operate within U.S. critical infrastructure sectors, directly endangering US national security," the US Treasury Department said in a statement.

By late morning on Friday (23rd February), AT&T said most of its network was back online. "Our network teams took immediate action and so far, three-quarters of our network has been restored," the company said.
