The Court disregarded the parents' objections and held that the woman cannot be forced to go anywhere against her will and that she may reside with anyone she wants and wherever she wants.
The issue between Omar and Payal has been ongoing for several years now as the former claimed that their marriage had broken irretrievably and that the latter committed cruelty upon him.
The court order noted Tahir Hussain was pointing towards some shops on the opposite side of his house, which included the bakery of Md. Zahid. After which the rioters vandalised, looted, and set fire to the shops.
“The present case relates to allocation of a coal block. The convicts had obtained the said block by committing cheating with the Government of India. Prosecution is justified in saying that the loss to the nation was huge,” the court said.
They were served the summons through the Department of Legal Affairs under the Union Ministry of Law and Justice in connection with a defamation lawsuit brought by Bharatiya Janata Party leader Binay Kumar Singh
