The Delhi police has told the SC that the Dharma Sansad speech was about empowering one's religion and preparing for existential threats, and there was no incitement against Muslims
The SC did not grant any orders against the Dharma Sansad at Himachal Pradesh as the state was not served and hence there was no counsel representing them in the court.
The applicant argued that the speeches made by the participants of the event were in response to the consistent attacks on Hindu culture and civilisation by non-Hindus.
