The Congress party is willing to set the whole country on fire so that the Nehru-Gandhi dynasty could rule over the ashes.

In a hurry to deflect from the issue of Article 370, Digvijaya Singh resorts to rhetorics when he claims that Nehru was responsible for the independence of Goa or his claims of Indira Gandhi freeing up Sikkim. 

Upon receiving the President's assent, the bill will become a law as it was already passed by the lower house of the parliament.
