The US men's team extended their support to the LGBTQ community in Qatar by displaying a rainbow-themed logo at their training facility in the World Cup host nation on Monday.

The image published by the French newspaper shows seven bearded men with "Qatar" emblazoned across their shirts above large numerals. They appear to be playing football through the dunes, armed with machetes, rifles, and rocket launchers.

Blatter said, "It's too small a country. Football and the World Cup are too big for that. For me it is clear, Qatar is a mistake. The choice was bad."

Qatar Foreign Minister has responded to call of boycott of the upcoming event in the Arab country by calling the opposing voices "arrogant" and "racist".
