The incident is said to have happened at around 3 p.m. on 8th November. The incident came to the fore after former AAP leader Dr Kumar Vishwas tweeted about the matter and alleged that his convoy was hit by a private car in Ghaziabad.

The reason behind the attack is not yet known. The police have nabbed the accused and also booked him under the relevant sections of the law. The girl meanwhile has obtained severe injuries on her body. She is undergoing treatment at the hospital.

An FIR has been registered against the accused under Section 306 (abetment of suicide) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

The GMC officials found that the accused family had three pet dogs of the Pomeranian breed and they did provide the vaccination proof for these three dogs. However, they had also domesticated dogs of Indian breeds and had not shared the details of their vaccination.
