BJP was widely expected to coast to a comfortable win in Haryana after the party won 10/10 seats in Lok Sabha elections earlier this year, and all the Exit polls (except Axis) hinted at the same.
A News 18 report has claimed that all eight independents are in touch with the BJP and are willing to offer support to form the government in the state.
Haryana: ECI data suggests that the NOTA option has garnered more votes with a vote-share of 0.55% while Aam Aadmi party are yet 0.45% of the total votes counted.
Early trends are indicating a victory for BJP-Shiv Sena alliance in the state of Maharashtra. However, BJP is facing a tough fight in the Haryana against the Congress and the regional party Jannayak Janata Party headed by Dushyant Chautala.
