Three arrested following attacking Hindu worshippers at the Hindu Sabha Temple in Brampton, Canada, with Peel Police condemning violence and affirming peaceful protest. Pro-Khalistani elements staged protests at multiple locations including Brampton and Mississauga.
"Khalistani extremists seems to get away with ease with their public rhetoric of hate and violence. Hindu-Canadians are legitimately concerned," Canadian MP Chandra Arya stated.
On Friday night (17th May) unknown miscreants ransacked 4 Hindu temples and vandalised idols in Kholai gram, Dhupguri of Jalpaiguri district in West Bengal
Meanwhile, Sanatan Dharma Maha Sabha said: “Six murtis sized four feet were destroyed, and smashed to pieces in the most violent manner. Once again a place of worship was attacked."
The man broke out in anger and threw one of the murtis (idols) out of he sancum sanctorum and smashed a diya (oil lamp) which was lit in the sanctum sanctorum.
