Adressing a press conference here on Tuesday, Blinken said that US President Joe Biden will visit Israel on Wednesday at a time when the country is facing its toughest battle with the terrorist group Hamas.

The joint resolution by 16 Opposition leaders was handed over to the Palestinian Ambassador Adnan Abu Alhaija.

"A short while ago, the IAF struck terror targets and military infrastructure of the Hezbollah terrorist organization in Lebanon, in response to fire yesterday (Monday) towards Israel", they wrote on X.

The joint resolution presented to the Palestinian Ambassador was signed by 16 opposition leaders, expressing solidarity after Israeli retaliation to Hamas attacks.
