Dumka case: Victim suffered from medical negligence, first dressing took place after 28 hours, says family

By the time the family reached the Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), more than 24 hours had passed. The victim's family also say that they had to arrange for an ambulance from their own money which took time.
