Actor-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut said on Friday that the release of her much-awaited film 'Emergency' has been postponed as certification from censor board has not been received
Actress, producer and Lok Sabha MP Kangana Ranaut has confirmed that her movie 'Emergency' has not been cleared by the censor board and won't be released today.
Kangana Ranaut said, “Meri film pe hi Emergency lag gayi hai. Bahut hi nirashajanak ye sthiti hai... [An Emergency has been imposed on my film now. It's a terrible situation...]".
Akash Banerjee, an obnoxious social media troll, passed misogynistic remarks and sexist innuendos against BJP MP Kangana Ranaut for spitting facts about the farmers' protests.
Kangana Ranaut has a lot of experience with rape and you can ask her how rape happens so that it can be explained to people, Simranjit Singh Mann said.
The development comes at a time when Kangana Ranaut is facing multiple threats for her recent remarks on Farmer protest. Notably, during one of the promotion event for her upcoming movie, Emergency, Kangana Ranaut lauded the Union government for its actions during the farmer protest.
