"The allegation is that the Code of Conduct has been violated by the petitioner, on speaking at a public gathering on 07-05-2023 by threatening the voters. The complaint is so vague that it would daunt vagueness itself", the court stated.
The court categorically highlighted that on account of false cases under the SC/ST Act or others, the judicial system gets clogged leaving the genuine petitioners to suffer the ill consequences of it.
The court observation states that the petitioner appeared to have tampered with source code, which would amount to infringement. Copyright of complainant is taken for granted and therefore prima facie all this requires investigation.
