“The administration has started removing encroachments from Vishalgadh. However, attempts are being made to give it a communal color. The first few encroachments which have been removed belong to Hindu community members,” Sambhajiraje clarified while talking to the reporters in Kolhapur.
As per the FIR copy obtained by OpIndia, the Twitter account Hindutva Watch has been accused of defaming the Hindu community and hurting the religious sentiments of Hindus post the violence in Kolhapur.
“FIR registered against MNS leader Sandeep Deshpande and 8 others under Maharashtra police act 37, 135, for burning an effigy of Aurangzeb in the aftermath of Kolhapur protests,” informed the Mumbai Police.
