As elections draw near, Akhilesh Yadav is suddenly asserting his 'Hindu' identity. He was hailing Jinnah in October, now he is talking about Lord Krishna and Ram Temple in Ayodhya.
The minister asserted that Mathura is Sri Krishna's birth place and it is natural that a grand Krishna temple is built there. "If not at Mathura, where else? Lahore?", he asked.
As per reports, the procession at Lal Chowk, Kashmir for Krishna Janmashtami was organised by the devotees of the ISKCON Temple at Tanki Pora Habba Kadal.
