In her complaint, the victim had accused a pastor and 4 others for gang-raping her and forcing her to accept Christianity.

According to the FIR, the accused stalked the victim and told her that he wanted to marry her. He forced the victim to respond and also said that if her family had any problem with their 'relation' he would abduct her and then marry her.
