The Hindus gathered in large numbers on Tuesday, 30th July, and raised slogans against the Islamists and the Police. They demanded strict action against all the accused persons involved, including Niyaz and Arif, who stabbed Arvind.

The accused Dawood Sheikh held today from Karnataka confessed that he killed Yashashri Shinde because she had rejected his advances several years ago and he feared she was in a relationship with another young man.

The girl had gone missing from her village on 22nd July. While the family of the girl was looking for her, they were informed by one of the villagers that she had committed suicide on 25th July and that she was last seen with the accused Galib Sheikh in Mumbai.

In Mumbai's Dharavi, an RSS worker Arvind Vaishya was brutally stabbed to death by Niyaz and Arif.

She noted that this is not a matter of feeding animals rather it is only about targeting a Hindu female.
