Two accused, Shahrukh and Tasneem, have been arrested for the murder of BJP functionary BS Tomar, reports Times of India journalist Raj Shekhar Jha.

According to police, the severed head is that of autorickshaw driver Saddam, 28. He was beheaded by the duo with a sickle used to cut coconuts.

Rajagopal was convicted for the murder of his employee Shantakumar, husband of the girl he wanted to make his third wife.
