Bombay HC had sought an explanation from Nawab Malik for breaching the undertaking by speaking against the Wankhede family

Bombay High Court has sought an explanation in the form of an affidavit from NCP minister Nawab Malik for the wilful breach of his undertaking where he had agreed not to post or make any statements against Sameer Wankhede and his family members.

The NCB asked the state police to identify drug cases with inter-state/ international ramifications and inform the agency by December 5

NCP leader Nawab Malik has made demeaning Sameer Wankhede his only priority ever since the officer arrested Aryan Khan.

A criminal case was registered against Thakkar on Friday by the Thane Police after he had alleged involvement of close aide of NCP leaders in the Dwarka drug bust earlier this month.

In August this year, Pune police had registered a case of cheating against 2 persons named Chand Mulani and Imtiyaz Shaikh for misappropriating Rs 7.76 crores in the name of one Waqf registered endowment Trust.

“Devendra Fadnavis is trying to malign my image by connecting me to blast convicts & the underworld," claimed Malik.

Shortly after the press conference ended, Malik Tweeted saying, "I am coming."

The defamation case was filed before Bombay High Court where Dhyandev, father of Sameer Wankhede. sought Rs. 1.25 crore in damages.
