An FIR with charges of culpable homicide and a money laundering case has already been filed against the Tablighi Jamaat head Maulana Saad who is still absconding.

Another 509 suspected Tablighi Jamaat attendees identified based on cellphone location in the period March 12-28 are out of Kerala and are currently in other states like Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Karnataka.

Prior to the arrest, these foreign Tablighi Jamaat attendees were quarantined for two weeks in a guest house in Kareli, Uttar Pradesh.

30 Tablighi Jamaat attended from Prayagraj arrested. They were found living in mosques while hiding their travel history earlier this month.
