The Bombay High Court was hearing a bail plea where a woman filed a case against her ex-partner alleging he forced her to indulge in a non-consensual physical relationship.

In Moradabad District of Uttar Pradesh state, a woman has accused YouTuber and quack 'sex doctor' Abdullah Pathan of gang rape. The victim is originally from Gorakhpur district.

According to Daira Din Pannah police, the complainant, Jalal Din, said in his application that his son and a nephew, aged between 10-12 years, have studied at Madressah Yaseen at Chak No 143/ML for the past few months.

The accused's brother also sexually assaulted the victim and she received death threats after complaining about it.

Reportedly, the Maulvi even filmed the act and then went on to rape the victim. According to the Police, the ordeal went on for six months. 

The accused issued death threats to the girl and pushed her to embrace Islam in a mosque after which she was called Iqra.

The underage girl was sexually assaulted for over a year and her family came to know about it when she became pregnant.

The United Nation’s mission found that there was a pattern of extreme sexual violence including rape, gang rape and mutilation of corpses. The report indicated there were at least three locations where such heinous acts were witnessed by the victim.

Hakeem Najakat was killed when he called the boy to his place in the absence of his wife and children and tried to rape him once again.
