Medical report and photos from 2020 show that Shraddha Walkar was brutally abused by her live-in partner Aftab and she was hospitalised

"Dude, I’ve got news. I got super busy with something," sent Shraddha to one of her friends. But she didn't reveal the news.

The discussions on social media have centred on the religious identity of Aftab, a Muslim man who killed Shraddha.

Upon tracing, the location of the May 26 bank transaction turned out to be the Mehrauli police station area, which made police question Aftab that if Shraddha took her phone while leaving, and how can its location be traced to his flat? To this Aftab had no answer and confessed to his crime.

After murdering Shraddha, Aftab made all the efforts to make people around him believe that she was still alive.

Aftab chopped Shraddha's body parts and kept them in the fridge, disposing them of in night across different parts of Delhi.

As ironic as it may sound, Aftab Amin Poonawalla was also a 'women's rights activist.' In 2014, he shared a post that read, "Women are not born with labels."

The Delhi Police said Aftab’s past profession as a chef helped him in clinically chopping up the dead body of Shraddha.
