The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) has moved to Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court and filed a complaint against Arvind Kejriwal for not complying with the summons
Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Friday issued a summon to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in connection with the excise policy case and has asked him to appear before the central agency on January 3.
Arvind Kejriwal has responded to the summons by ED claiming that he is a star campaigner with state elections coming up and therefore, he has other commitments which would not allow him to attend the summons.
Kuki leaders Wilson L Hangshing and Mary Grace Zou are booked under sections 153A, 200, 505(1), and 120B of the IPC for comments in an interview on The Wire
