According to the police, Manish Kashyap tweeted a video created by Rakesh Ranjan Kumar on March 8. He uploaded the video on the BNR News Honey YouTube channel.

In the video, it is stated by Seeman that "Hindi-speaking people will hastily pack their stuff and flee from this place. I don't know how many I will beat. They will pack their belongings within a week."

Jan Adhikar Party's district president Ved Prakash filed this complaint. He said, "Youths from Bihar who have gone to Tamil Nadu to work as laborers are being discriminated against on linguistic grounds. They are being assaulted and asked to return to Bihar."

Tambaram city police in Tamil Nadu investigated into this and found out that this video was created by Manoj Yadav for gaining popularity.

After verifying the details, the Rajasthan ACB laid a trap near the Ajmer Railway station and arrested the 12 accused Tamil Nadu police personnel red-handed. The accused cops are now being interrogated in connection to the bribery case.
