Shivraj Singh Chouhan government initiates bulldozer action on illegal house of Ujjain rape accused, prepares to take similar action against illegal properties of Premchand Yadav who was killed in the Deoria massacre
A day after the horrific case of rape of a 12-year-old girl came to the fore from Madhya Pradesh's Ujjain city, Times of India has targeted the Hindu religion through their cartoon on the crime.
"A girl, aged around 12 years, was found bleeding on a street located under the Mahakal police station area in Ujjain on Monday. She was taken to a hospital, where her initial medical examination confirmed that she had been raped," Superintendent of Police (SP) Sachin Sharma said.
Through the legal notice, the Ujjain Mahakal temple priests have asked the filmmakers to remove the offending scenes from OMG 2 and also issue a public apology.
Shoaib Sheikh said, "I extend my apologies to all Hindus. I shouldn't have said what I said. I respect Hindus, RSS and other Hindu organizations and also all the devotees who visit to Mahakal temple."
