Earlier Amitabh thanked Elon by saying "Tu cheez badi hai musk musk" interchanging the lyrics of the song "Tu Cheez Badi Hai Mast Mast" from the 1994 film "Mohra" after the blue tick got restored to his account. 

Twitter would earlier recognise 'notable' personalities by providing them with the 'blue tick,' which has been removed after the launch of Twitter Blue subscription

Earlier in March, Twitter posted from their official handle, "On April 1st, we will begin winding down our legacy verified program and removing legacy verified checkmarks. To keep your blue checkmark on Twitter, individuals can sign up for Twitter Blue. 

As of now, 'Meta Verified' will be available only in Australia and New Zealand for Facebook and Instagram users.

Elon Musk has confirmed verification badges will be activated only after authentication, which he describes as "painful but necessary."

Earlier, Blue Verified was scheduled to be relaunched on 29th November.

Notably, a verified Twitter account posing as Eli Lilly tweeted Thursday afternoon, "We are excited to announce that insulin is now free."

Media houses have reported that Blue Tick on Twitter will cost $8 which is misleading. Blue Tick or verified badge will only be a part of Twitter Blue which is a set of services.
