Jagan Mohan Reddy claimed that CM Naidu was spreading lies about the adulteration in ghee to shift focus.

The ghee used to prepare the Tirupati laddu prasadam during the YSRCP rule contained traces of animal fat.

The report indicated that the ghee contained traces of fish oil, beef tallow and lard served at Tirupati Temple.

According to the TDP, over the previous five years, the Chief Minister's Office (CMO) allegedly spent an extraordinary amount of Rs 3.62 crores on egg puffs. According to reports, the CMO spent an average of Rs 72 lakhs a year on these snacks, which equates to 993 egg puffs eaten every day.

In the complaint, Raju said, “Sunil Kumar had also threatened to kill me if I did not stop criticising Jagan Mohan Reddy (then CM of Andra Pradesh).” 

The turning point for Jagan Mohan Reddy was when he arrested Chandrababu Naidu last year on a corruption case.

TDP accused former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy of building a hilltop palace worth Rs 500 crore.

Kurnool SP paid a visit to the village where the murder happened and assured the locals of the necessary security measures. The police have also established a checkpoint in the area to avoid further unfortunate acts.

On the 4th of June, seeing the vote count turn against YSRCP, Venugopalareddy disappeared from the village, having risked a huge sum taken from several people anticipating his party's win.

The Election Commission (EC) took cognisance of the matter on Tuesday (21st May) and directed the Andhra Pradesh Chief Electoral Officer Mukesh Kumar Meena to take criminal action against Reddy.
